REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All product subscriptions purchased from the HORNBILL LABS website is eligible for a 30 day ("initial trial period") full refund and Cancellation option.

Customers who wish to cancel the order within the first 30 days of purchase will be refunded 100% of the subscription cost. The refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days of cancellation of the order.

 

Cancellation of subscriptions after the first 30 days follow the below rule -

* All cancellations will be effective from the upcoming billing cycle

* Customer will be billed for the current billing cycle in full

* No refunds apply for cancellations after the initial trial period
