This Privacy Policy explains how Hornbill Labs Private Limited ("Hornbill Labs", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit hornbilllabs.com, contact us, book an assessment or buy from us. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1What we collect and why

When you contact us, request an assessment or make a purchase, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, organisation, address, email address and phone number. When you browse the site, we automatically receive your device's internet protocol (IP) address, which helps us understand your browser and operating system.

We use this information to respond to you, provide and invoice our services, process payments and deliveries, operate and secure the website, and meet our legal obligations. With your permission, we may also send you emails about Hornbill Labs, new services and other updates.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which states that it does not store card data on its servers and encrypts it in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is kept only for as long as needed to complete the purchase; after that, it is not retained. 5Third-party service providers
